Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the Siti 888 account holder. Siti 888 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the fulfilment of the relevant rollover requirements.
Siti 888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 10,000. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
All funds held in your Siti 888 account are kept in a segregated, protected account. These funds are never commingled with the company's operating funds and remain fully withdrawable at all times (subject to applicable conditions).

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on the total bonus amount received. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place cumulative bets totalling RM 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
Eligible members may join the Siti 888 VIP loyalty programme. VIP tiers are determined based on betting activity and deposit history. All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Siti 888 system are final and may not be cancelled by the member. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before final confirmation. Siti 888 does not accept bet cancellation requests once a bet has been confirmed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
